The Williston Museum
The Williston Museum is located in a former elementary school adjacent to the Williston Library. Diorama exhibits depict the life and culture of Williston in the early 20th century. Old farm implements are set up in a barn created out of rough sawn pine with a tin roof. Beside the barn is a replica of an outhouse. An old country store counter exhibit describes life in Williston prior to the Great Depression, when it was the ‘Asparagus Capital of America.’ Visit the Williston Museum for a step back in time to an era by-gone.
