The Olde Village

The Olde Village in North Charleston is incredibly charming as well as history.  There are wonderful eateries to enjoy and a variety of quaint shops to explore as one strolls down the newly renovated streetscape.  Throughout the year many events take place in Olde Village. 

The City of North Charleston was formed in 1972 as a means of bringing government closer to the people.  The City of North Charleston has established itself as the state leader in retail sales and the development of quality of life initiatives that benefit residents and visitors.  East Montague is an example of an area experiencing a new cycle of use as a result of these initiatives.  The area captures the historic atmosphere of the past, while establishing new businesses, eateries, and shops for the public to enjoy.
